90 Cady ALT upgrade this one is out of the junkyard it's all clenched up n ready to go but again, which one is the ground ? And why is this one only a 3 wire unlike the other one pictured ? Same care only diff is the other one came from Autozone

fyi,

I have a powder coat black powermaster sitting in my basement wanting to be run!! It came off my hot air. 125$ shipped and its almost new.
 
I have a Caddy Alt I would like to wire up also. I have the three connector plug in. Any help would be appreciated.

I wish i could be more helpful, i think the stud on the back goest to the battery red wire, then the 3 wires im not sure.

Based on what google provided . . .The red wire from the plug goes to the post/bat voltage.
Brown plug wire is the exciter and goes to brown from the harness.
Something like that . . . :)

That pigtail is similar to the ones i used for a few LT1 installs for malibu classics. I got mine from s&p performance, but this one seems to be cheaper price. Good find!
 
Jerryl, thanks for that link looks great and easy plug & play... I would have thought Casper's Electronics would have it...
