Lights out in Delco Cd Player

I have just installed a Delco cd player form a 98 Blazer int o my 87 GN. When first testing it , the lights worked on the unit. But after taping tthe wires together, mounting it, etc, only the few lights on the bottom right corner work. it isnt the wiring, cuase then none of the lights would work. could it be the bulbs in the unit? if so, does anyoen know how to replace them

Did you hook-up the illumination wire (gray) and the parking light wire (brown)?

yea, some of the lights are on, just not all of them
