Any turbo Regal Limited is rare, only 1,035. And, no two are alike. Unlike black-only GNs, they come in a wide array of colors along with different types of interiors. Floor or column shifters with bucket seats or benches in cloth or leather. If it's got a bench seat with pillow pads, nothing's more comfortable. It's like a La-Z-Boy with a rocket engine strapped to it. My 87 GN's bucket seats make my ass and back hurt. Besides its low mileage, the seats are the other reason I don't drive the GN. If the Limited's a real turbo, these are things they should all share on their trunk's SPID tag: C60, LC2, Y56, J47(not M47), and have M in the fifth position of its vin. Also, it'd have a Regal Limited dash plaque(mine glows). Beyond that, anything goes. It's funny too, that W02(blackout package) would've cost you more than chrome.
One last thing to note, just because something's rarer, it doesn't necessarily mean it's more valuable. You and especially the owner/seller need to know this. Perfect example, 87 GN: 20,193 vs 87 WE4: 1,547 vs 87 turbo Regal Limited: 1,035. And remember, all those GNs and WE4s are virtually identical to themselves.
I'd be curious to know if on that car's SPID tag it also has W05 along with W02. I have a medium gray metallic Limited with chrome that only has W05. I'm unsure if this is a code that they'd all share for Regal Limited or if it's just for its chrome trim.
