line press. vs. shift points

Does raising or lowering line change shift points @ WOT generally?

When I got my press. back to 240 I noticed the shift points were about 500 rpm lower.

they shouldnt as this is a differnt circuit.however it can happen if the pressure regulator system is not feeding the tv limit valve 90 psi due to a malfunction
