Where did you get your tubing for the Powerstroke install .
And sis you use 2.5" or did you use 3"
How many bends or pieces are needed..

Also provide any links you have...

thanks Dennis

Local Coustom Muffler Shop

Warners Muffler in Oceanside, CA is where I went, when I done my P/S I/C Install. I done it with stainless Steal 3" Mandrel bent of course was the easiest way. I aso supervised it to make sure it was done right, and they did exactly what I wanted.

My old 86 TType was a 130,000 mile stock long block that went 11.50 @ 118 un-tuned with a TE45A, 72's, T/H DP, single shot 3", CA Art Carr 3600 stall. I do like the P/S I/C! Good luck and hope this helps ya out.

I got mine locally at a muffler shop. It was a 3" mandrel bent tailpipe section. I paid $30 for the majority of it. I was 1 90 degree bend short so I paid another $30 for another tailpipe section. Just cut the bends I needed and joined them with silicone hose. I paid $60 total for the plumbing. The other half of the cost was in silicone hose and T-bolt clamps. It literally took 30 minutes to make the plumbing.

I used the part numbers provided in Bannings website. I purchased all of the parts at Napa and a second local auto parts store. I then mocked everything up and instead of joining them with a coupler , i had the sections tigged.
Pics below

I have no new track times with the PS IC. I did go 12.90 at 110 with a 2.25 60ft. This was with the big neck stocker IC/pump gas alky (19psi) on bald 255/50s on GNX rims.

With a taller sticky tire and more timing, i only run about 18 total Im confident the car should run 11.60s at 115-116

Whew!!! The way you drive, I would say 11.50's at 118;)

Let us know when you do take her to the track and what the out come is.

I sent you an email on 2/15 to your hotmail acct with some info on my install. I bought my aluminum pipes from the NoChance guy here on the board. I've got a pic cd, instructions in a Word doc, and purchased the silicon hose pipe connectors and pipe clamps from Cottons. If you need details, send me an email. I've got a TR friend who can powdercoat the pipes also. There's a few pics on my website.

All three inch aluminized. The Walker part #s were purchased at O'Reilly's.

1 Walker 42344 $24.99
3 Walker 41685 $25.99

I also purchased one foot of 3 inch aluminized straight pipe from my local muffler shop in case I needed any extra.

I purchased my transition hoses from http://www.roadraceengineering.com/hoseandclamps.htm

You will need (1) #250-300 $22.00. This is the transition hose for your 3inch pipe to the throttle body. It's 2.5"" to 3.00"".

You will need (1) #200-300 $20.00. This is the transition hose for your 3inch pipe to the turbo (depending on your turbo).

You will need (1) or (2) foot of #SIL-F-300 $26.00. This is straight hose to connect the pipes together.

I duplicated what I found on other websites. http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/lane/6272/tech_info/ford_ic/index.htm

The only thing else you will need is clamps.
