Long shot

Going down 40 west outside of Burlington NC...see a white TA in the rear view. It passed and it was a TTA with Florida tags that got off the highway on the east side of Greensboro. I dont see many on the road but I think 4-5 are in the area of Greensboro / High Point NC.....long shot-who was it?
