Looking at a 2001 Trans Am...

I may be trading in my Wife's 02 Mustang GT for a 01 Trans Am. The TA has the 6 speed & it's black. The miles are extremely low (8,500). I can get it for around 21k & it's a convertable. Does anyone on the board have one? The Kelley Blue Book with all the options is $26,500. Looks like a killer deal to me. This GT just doesn't have enough balls...
