looking for a cheap roller with title or prefrably a title

I'm lookin for a CHEAP grand national or turbo regal prefer a hot air car.dont care if there is a motor or much of an interior since i have most of that.i would like to pay about 500 dollars for just a roller.i would like it to be in North Carolina, South Carolina,Virginia just depends where.
