Not sure if that's what it's called but it the top piece of the dash where your defroster vents and small speakers are. All my holes are cracked and screws no longer hold it on. Need one that is not cracked. It goes on an 83 Regal but I'm sure 81-87 will fit. I would so be willing to listen to ideas on how to fix damaged holes
