Any good websites to look at I checked out jobs.com.My job is not going to well need another one.

What skills to you have, and what do you want to do?

Let us know where your strengths are, what locations make sense, and what you want to do. Maybe we can help.

I live in florida.Man I have been driving a front load trash truck sice 1995.Just trying to find something different.I am tired of waking up at 3:00 am to go to work.I am really not sure what I want to do something I can make pretty good money at and not have to have much schooling.I did graduate.

Just FYI.. statistically only 3-5% of applicants find jobs through monster, career builder, etc. You're much better trying to apply to a company directly. The best thing to do is to trying to get a "warm" lead on a job available or work for a temp-to-perm agency.. depending on the type of job you're wanting.

By the description of the work you are doing do you have a class B CDL?

If so and you don't have a criminal background, I'd go down to the DMV and try to get a HAZMAT endorsement. I'm sure there are freight companies down there to get on with. Then you might be able to get you CDL upgraded to a Class A using their equipment. Also you might look into getting a tanker and doubles/triples endorsements.

If you don't want to keep driving large vehicles, I stumbled onto a deal here that involved going around and delivering medical supplies including oxygen to homebound people. Making sure the equipment was working. I would think this would be done in Fla with the amount of retirees there.

What do you want to be doing(I see in your post you aren't sure)? Is it just the schedule or the work you don't like? You need a goal or direction.

Think about all the places you pass on your route. Just walk into the places and ask if they are doing any hiring. I have three friends that found jobs this summer that way. A degree helps, but don't let not having one stop you.

Look online for a free resume builder and fill it out with your education, experience, info, etc. Save it as a word document and submit via attachment through email & or print out a copy to take with you. Then do a search with your zipcode and something should give you an option for search within 50 miles or whatever your preferences are. Whatever your experienced at or good at should have some options to view and some sort of a hiring agency might have instructions to submit your resume and apply. I did this and followed the steps and was hired within 3 days. Pre-interview, post-interview, basic skills test, posistion applied for test, & passed the drug test and the rest is history. Doing well :) Good luck to you.

Get into Corrections, they are always looking for new Officers. Its a great stepping stone for further advancement in the law enforcement field.

From my own experience if you are using monster, career builder, hot jobs, etc... If they do not have a contact number or email other than to contact them directly through the website don't even f^ckin bother.
