Looking for a pic of a stock turbo shield cutout for a mease downpipe

I'm going to cut my stock turbo shield to fit around my Mease 3" downpipe. I've seen the side of the shield cut different ways. Just wondering if someone has a picture of a nice clean cut. Basicly I don't want to cut off to little or to much. I've seen some cut to much and didn't look good. I've also seen some that were cut just nice so it didn't hit the sheild and looked nice. Of course now that I want to cut mine I can't find any nice pictures of one. So if you have that set up and have a nice picture of how the cut looks please post your pictures! Thanks in advance!

Here's a link on GNTTYPE.org for a template for cutting the shield for a Houston Downpipe. The Mease pipe should be the same.

you'll need to modify the thdp template. i used it for my mease dp and the shield didnt fit. had to go back and do some trimming. i think i had to take more off toward the front. that template will give you a good start though.

Thanks Brian, It looked a little light of a cut for the mease. I'll add another inch or 2 to that cut and I should be good.. Got your mail Pete!
