Looking for a Tune

All,

I'm looking for a shop in the Virginia Beach/Nofolk area that can tune my car. 1982 El Camino w/87' GNX motor. Just had the engine rebuilt at VA Speed and they don't have the ability to tune it there. Fingers crossed. Thank you.
