looking for price on a used 9 inch ARTCAR converter

Like you see in the title I'm trying to find out what a used Artcar 9 inch converter is going for these days. I tried to do a search but came back with nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

$200-400 shipped on an old 16930.
$400-600 shipped (or more) on a 19930.

The 19930 is a billet piece, hence the price diff.
If it is not one of the part numbers, it is not a REAL AC/CPT converter. And may be a Texas/Nevada paperweight.
