Looking for Regal or GN

I am looking for a Grand National or Regal, preferably black, with mild engine modifications and that can still be a reliable daily driver and doesn't have a ton of miles.
I would like the care to be somewhere around an 8 out of 10 or better overall with good paint and interior. I have 10-12k to spend, maybe a little more.
I am in South Texas but will be willing to travel within reason if you have a nice car for a good deal.
