went by one of my pawnshop's on my route when i'm on the hunt for stuff and was driving my GN. 1st time i took it there and the guys there were telling me of a shop in arlington that loves these cars but opens up the motor and does all kinds of stuff to them. was interested in knowing who it is. If and don't know them, would like to get a few contacts in my area shop wise that know these cars and not hand my keys over to walmart clerks for an oil change.

There's a ton of resources in the LSPBC club. The machine shop in Arlington does block work, don't know that they do any kind of "engine builds", if they do, no one in the club uses them that I'm aware of and they don't have any examples of their work at the local tracks. Greg is in Arlington and does do TR work on the side along with some other well known members...
Depending on what it is to have done, there's also a shop I use for some things in Keller, known him for years and has done alot of LT1 work for me, wouldn't do TR engine work there though, that would all go to Jack in Rowlett.
