A Buddy uesed one of these a few (like 6 or so) and loved it. We were talking today and He mentioned it again. I would really like to find one but I did a search online and Cant find anyone making it :(

Anyone Know the real name of the company that made them??

I am guessing on the name as he just rembers it starting with a "w" lmao I know some help.
I saw this car run back then when it was first done and with a TE60-1 it went 10.90's and he drove it on the street all the time. This was not a Stage motor is was a stock 109 block :D

So maybe old school but it worked and I would love to find one!

Any info would be great!

Well one I didnt find it listed on GNTTYPE.org but did do a search and found them ;)

Not it. This company was based in Michigan and We are not sure they still are in Business.

Still looking lol

Thanks for your input and help
Derek

try in the stage 2 forum, they would probably know better than anyone.

Wow..

COOL!! what is it?? (i know what it is... just who made it and what does it fit??)

That is an M&A intake manifold. M&A was the first company to make aluminum heads for our cars, they also made that intake (not many they were expensive) and they were getting ready to cast aluminum blocks for our cars.

I *believe* that TA Performance bought all of the Buick molds from M&A so maybe a call to TA would shed some light on this manifold and if they are ever going to recast it?

That is a cool intake but thats not it :(
This one was Sheet metal style, I just saw the car last night its still on the car and I he dosnt remeber the spelling or anything for the damn company just what I posted above. Said he thinks they were in Michigan he got the Intake from them direct at a Swap meet in BG

What dose bruce want for the intake above or is it not for sale??

Thanks guys for all the info as always a huge help ;)

Not for sale as far as I know.

I know this is old but I still never found one and with the new motor in the works (Search continues on that one also lol) I want the best intake I can get!
I saw this car at the track again and man the guy is dumb as a stump just wont give me the info on what the heck it is!

Its a bread box style has one big open box on top and then the runners similar to the hogan one above but with one Box not 2 and only one 70mm (Per the guy with the thing) TB.

I wish I know someone to follow his a$$ and steel it! lol hes a prick and such is life.

If I could find this thing I buy it in a min. this car runs like the wind! and per the owner of the car is a girdeled 109 block .40 over and Champion Alumium 8 bolt heads (Those I can see)
Cars mean low 10's all day on c16! Oh and its got a stock computer with Direct scan. They got so mad at me he told me to just leave cause I was asking to many questions about the car and I was all over this thing!

I didnt have my flipping camara so I couldnt get photos :(

I think if I had one he would have been beating me for the thing anyway

Any other intakes like this??
Thanks again guys for the info :)

I know you said they're in Michigan but the only other place I can think of that starts with a 'W' is Wilson Manifolds out of Florida. They do a lot of sheetmetal intakes for Chevys.
Wilson Manifolds

I thought it was welch or something along those lines I have called Wilson and they only do custom maid ones there 3000$ and up! OOCH!

This is a bread box style but It could just be an older one he found someplace.
I know I have seen some cool ones for sale on his site and other GN Buick sites before. Just dont know what to do. I want something Dif. and something that flows more even than the factory ones with a p plate on it
