Looking to replaced Diamond Pistons with either JE or something else?? which ones?

Well after a tear down it seems one piston has a slightly lifted ringland and 2 others appear to be going that route eventually. After some reading it seems that they are thin in the spot that they are lifting at and i am most likely gonna do with a different piston maker. The car in question has the off the shelf diamond pistons from FTspeed with .030 RJC gaskets and Champion GN1 heads. can i replace these with the JE piston part number 131556-6 from the summit catalog and still have the same compression and everything else be the same? If so what piston rings should i be running with JE pistons? Thanks for any help would like to place an order for pistons this week if i can figure out which ones to get.

Same thing happened to me, talked to Dan at DLS and he has some CP's on the way for me.

I second that...CP pistons are top notch.
