lose all boost in 4 gear

the car is running good now it was the plugs now when i'm running the boost will stay at 25 throw 2 and 3 and first 3 or 4 second in 4 then i lose all boost.

how fast do you need to be going to be able to use boost in 4th gear?

srry my mistake 3rd gear as soon as i'm in 3 gear i lose all boost but i got the info it the fuel pump,it not putting out enough psi
