Lost

[RIFF RAFF]

I took out a rjc power plate that was cut for egr and replaced it with one that is not . Now i cant seem to get my blm at idle under 138-142 but when i hit the gas it drops to 128 normal .i cant find any leeks and all other readings are fine . Ive replaced all vacume lines .and even swaped it back and forth a couple of times same readings no matter what .. Car seems to run great other than the blm issue .. What am i missing ?? Any help .thanks ..

TT chips don't us the EGR. Should have just left it. My guess there is a striped bolt on the dog house.

All bolts on the doghouse are good . Thanks .i think its in the steel vacume lines where it bolts down .. Checking monday thanks pronto .
