My car runs 120 in the 1/4. How important is it to have a tire rated U or better? I think a S (112) would be out but what about T (118)

buy the best and forget about the rest....tires are one of the most underrated aspects of a car ...but the most important ....everything sits and depends on them...

Thanks pronto I was sure it had a safety factor built in just could not find it.
One hour at 100 degrees is a big margin.
I have a set of U rated front but want a matching brand all the way around on my new Gbody wheels.
I would love to have a set of MT but at 3k miles a year they get old before bald.
I see a set of Cooper in my future speed rating T , BFG is S
