Loud clunk

Heark a loud metal to metal clunk after letting out of the gas ... then the car quit pulling in any gear except reverse ? Any ideas whats broken ?

Could be a cracked overdrive drum .Does it move in manual 1?If so may be broken od roller clutch although very rare.

It was pulling fine util i came to a stop ...
