What is a common cause of low BLM's? I am seeing BLM's of 122 at part throttle. At idle they will come up to the 128-132 range. I've had a new TT chip burned and the BLM's have improved (they were at 118), but I was hoping I would get them up to 128. Is there any reason to try to get BLM #'s up to 128 or should I just accept where they are?
 
I would think that BLMs of 122 are well within the acceptable range.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the readings you're seeing. WELL within acceptable limits. You will never see constant, perfect 128's. Not unless they've been locked on that value for some reason.
