I've had this problem for a while, but i can only seem to get 18 psi or so out of first gear. It spools instantly and holds there. Once second hits it hits 24psi and sticks there throughout the rest of the run. i've tried running it tuner style, and running the RJC boost controller with no luck. Right now i run the rjc controller inline with the y hose etc... Its the wastegate that came on my 44 from PTE. Holds boost fine and doesnt creep. Any ideas? It does this on all my chips and i would really like to get 24 tire shredding psi in 1st gear
