Good question.

Although most that run alkycontrol set ups utilize this often not used hole for the low alky warning light.

The fact that the part has been discontinued I say yes. I snag them out of donor cars every chance I get

Where is the low fuel module? My car never tells me low fuel but I see it in the dash. I guess I don't have that option

I think the module was just a printed circuit board with the bulb socket soldered onto it. I've seen them from time to time on ebay.

Never came in our cars but the Riv share the same idiot lights and they have the low fuel light module.

The part is a small PC board with a special, 3 pin bayonet lamp socket attached to it. Here is what it looks like:

The third contact on the module ties in with the fuel level signal, and the light will illuminate only when the fuel level drops below 1/8 full.
