How much low gear timing can you get away with E85 with Erics chip.

I've been 27 *1-2 and 25* 3rd no kr on 18psi car pulled like a mutha.

E85 can handle quite a bit. Once you hit the boost you are comfortable with, you can start adding timing until you see knock.
