Made a couple good passes at the 1/8 tonight in my Dark Carmine full weight car. 3rd pass was in a bracket race (I prefer fun night). I tried to build some boost on the 1st stage bulb and it flashed so quick once past 5 psi, it hit nearly 20 psi and pushed me into a redlight :p

Anyway on 24 psi and a TA 61, I ran a 7.13 @ 95.1, then a 7.03 @ 96.7, both 1.54 60fts and same tune (same as street tune). On the 7.03 pass, I had 1.6 max kr @67 (higher rpm near 2-3 shift), and my low o2 was 671 @ 78 (3rd gear @ 72). I know O2s and scanmaster are not that accurate, and my max EGT was ok at 1607.

The laptop I borrowed was shutting the screen off too often, so I did not get a DS file. Thought I would post these results in support of the Progressive alky  I may have a couple degrees timing added to the 21/19 on the TT chip. Great chip also and I'm looking forward to running his higher timing race chip with some C16 and going to try a TA 66 Q-trim.

Awesome... See your EGT at 1600 would equal 740-750 on the scanmaster. What happens is during a run you get a glitch on the O2 reading recording it.

example.. 770,760,765,750,740,680,760,750, etc..

The scanmaster records 680 as the lowest but in fact its running 750's. See this is where direct scan pays off handsomely..but also a working laptop is key :)

Actually find one with a good battery, running the laptop off the cig lighter plug and having it lose power during a run can be a bad thing.

Good runs..thanks for the kudos..

6's are in your immediate future..

Here's what I know/remember;) , just bought the car last Dec and only had it to the track 4 times. It fits TSS class and I've kept it that way also.

Full weight car, TA 61, Weber 206 roller cam and ported/o-ring irons, 20 row stock loc IC, TRW pistons/std bore, center steel main caps, std/std crank, big mouth cold air with reman stock MAF. Boxed upper and lower arms w/poly bushings, ATR bar, no front sway bar. 28x10.5 MT Drags on 8" rims and 195/75-15 on 4" rims. I run 275/60 BFGs on the street and looking for something new since they are worn out, maybe Hoosier QTPs or MT ETs.

Yes, Razor, that would be what happened with the O2s, I've noticed that before now that you mention it. I am going to have to get my own laptop and DS, borowing this setup.

I ran 93 pump and straight methanol. Remembered a couple other things...ported intake, just added an ATR ds header to replaced badly cracked stocker, 3" THDP, Powerplate, 2.5" Hooker exhaust with mufflers. I ran the car through this exhaust, didn't figure I'd have time to retune on open dump. This is the first time I've ran this much boost, last time out 22 psi and cracked header, no launch:rolleyes: , once on DRs and once at 18 psi straight pump and slicks.

Nice times Tim. Now put that other turbo on there.
Rob, that is the next thing I was going to do once I got the car running well...I think now is the time:D
