Lower pump speed with dual nozzles?

I got a chance to play with my SMC dual nozzle kit today and I have a few questions.

I have the spray on point set for 14 psi and the pump speed set at around 7 and boost set at 20psi. Took a run and at about 18psi the car would sputter badly ( to the point where it was like it was bucking and jumping ) . I lowered the pump speed to 5 and it doesn't seem to do it as bad, but my question is if I lower it ( pump speed ) any more it will be on 4 and from what I've read that seems too low. Heck, some of you have it set to the max. Is this because I'm running the dual nozzles?

02's were in the 800-830 range. My extender is 23*/21* which Bob said it's perfect for alky. What do I need to do? I don't want to get it set too low and have to spend the weekend wrenching head gaskets:eek:

BTW, I'm running denatured with the 5 sec shot of wd-40.

You might want to lower your static fuel pressure. My 02's were 760's.
 
Well, I decided to lower the pump speed a tad and took it out for a spin. All I can say is, WHOOOOOO!! 22psi, 02's 780-800, 0 kr.
No bog at turn on, kinda like baby bear soup....just right!!

I hooked the G-Tech up to test the 0-60mph just for $hits and giggles. From a dead stop, just at idle and side stepping the gas, it spun all of first, all of second and in third till I tried to feather it some. It ran a 4.9 0-60mph. All with a cracked ds header. Not too bad eh?

Spray on point is set at 14psi and pump speed is set between 3 and 4. However, the decal on my control box is just a tad off or the knob needs alittle tweaking. For instance, when the knob is turned off, the pointer is almost at 1. So it's probably closer to between 4 and 5.
