I got a chance to play with my SMC dual nozzle kit today and I have a few questions.
I have the spray on point set for 14 psi and the pump speed set at around 7 and boost set at 20psi. Took a run and at about 18psi the car would sputter badly ( to the point where it was like it was bucking and jumping ) . I lowered the pump speed to 5 and it doesn't seem to do it as bad, but my question is if I lower it ( pump speed ) any more it will be on 4 and from what I've read that seems too low. Heck, some of you have it set to the max. Is this because I'm running the dual nozzles?
02's were in the 800-830 range. My extender is 23*/21* which Bob said it's perfect for alky. What do I need to do? I don't want to get it set too low and have to spend the weekend wrenching head gaskets
BTW, I'm running denatured with the 5 sec shot of wd-40.
