Hey everyone,
Just put a Cold Case radiator in. 50/50 mix of coolant & distilled water. Dual Intrepid fan set-up, & a 190* stat as I run the car in the late fall/early winter.
Start it up, let it run, get to temp, & bleed it. Wash rinse & repeat a few more times. No overheating(staying about 178* on gauge). Heat at hot and on Max, good heat out of vents. Upper & heater hoses hood & warm/hot.
However the lower hose, never gets even warm. Always cool to the touch. Temps in the 60’s.
What ya think? Radiator just keeping it cool? Stuck thermostat?
