It seems to be over reving when i floor it , its a turbo 350 that i put in my turbo biuck. What way would i adj the tv cable to get it to shift sooner.

You are the transmission king!:D What is the latest on the 200? I still wouldn't mind having that one back;)

You're going to need to fiddle with the governor. You need heavier weights/springs to make it shift earlier. The cable is there to assist downshifts and does not work like the 200-4R TV cable.

What rpm is it shifting at WOT?

hey intercooler hows it going. Iam saving the money for the trans to get checked out nowand have my 2800 stall made into a 3500. I hate this turbo 350 man does this thing have some lag now.

I am getting my battery for my labtop this week so i'll check and let you know what it is shifting at.

maybe i should change my name to tranny king i have no luck;)

So do i even need the cable that helps the down shifts, i shift the trans by my self and never leave it in drive.

Man, sorry to hear of your woes, but to be honest it is a little like installing a Ford engine in a chevy. It MAY work but it will never be right or work correctly. Gearing is off, and how are you running the Vac hose as when it goes into boost it will do some funny funny things. it would have to be a manual VB to work even close to right. You need to go back to square one, pay the money get it right and learn from this. Not your mistake just a bad turn of events...:(

it shifts nice when cold but when it gets hot it does not like to shift, if it will just get me around a little longer tell i can find some where to check my tranny out it will be cool. I was thinking of the vac line may self , i think i have it going to the line that runs to my fuel press reg and T'ed in there.

I am tellin ya... Withoput a ck valve in the system you are headed for trouble in a HUGH way! You cannot simply attach to vac line. IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!
You NEED to run a ck valve or it is gonna be a hugh problem.

I have a one way valve that is in the line that supplys vac to all the things that need it with out getting any boost. but i might have it on the line that does get boost i will have to check on that , does it have to be a full time vac, i dont even know if there is a full time vac line on the car.

I realy think that i might have it on the boost port that might run to the fpr , i hope not:eek:

You haven't been up to DelTrans yet with the 200? If it is something dumb or obvious with your convertor or trans they will not charge you anything (just the kind of people they are). They built the trans and stand behind their work so let them find your problem. They know their **** and will get you going. Time is wasting:(

its not that i dont wont to take it but i dont have a way to get it there, i'll ask my buddy as soon as i get some more money. Do you have there number again and who i should ask for.

thanks bud
