Lt-1 to Ls-1 swap

Does anyone know any info on this swap...My next door neighbor wants to swap out his stock lt-1 motor out of his 95 firehawk and put in a 02' Ls-1....he has everything from the Ls-1 powerplant....Does anyone know of wiring issues,a/c,exhaust whatevers??
