Lubrant Chip Question

I have 2 lubrant chips for 50's that I had bought from board members. If I sent the chip back to PTE, would he be able to read the chip and tell me what features the chip has. I know one of them is for a car with a TE-44. Not sure if it would work "right" with a different turbo.
