lumpy idle after cam sensor nstall

i just installed a new cam sensor wit the caspers top. and it fires up and revs nice in park but when i put in drive with foot on brake it idles like it has a 600lift cam in it. i didn't drive it out of concern. the light blinks superfast so iguess its working correct? how do i adjust it?

cut the car off and cut it back on again look at the check engine light does it blink or stay on or does it go off after it cranks? Are all of your plug wires plugged in? Also could be the cam sensor.
