LVD run times

Anyone know the times LVD runs on sat and sundays? What about their wednesday night runs? I tried emailing them early last week, but no response. They arent on the site.
Since my weekends are almost always tied up at work, Im thinking about going on a wed nite. Anyone from here ever go on wed?

I *think* Wednesdays they start around 5:00. We might be going up next Wednesday, but most likely Saturday the 29th.
