Need to make a decision, I have 16 inch wheels and they have the size I want. How do they compare to the other guys with traction ?

I've got the 255/50/16 Mickey Thompson drag radials on GNX rims that I will be trying out this spring. I talked to a guy on here that had a high 10 car that was pulling mid 1.5's on the same tires/rims.

I just got the Racemasters in 275-50-15 and like them so far.

Thanks for the replies, but I was hoping for some first hand experiance with these with some 60 ft times. Need to compare them vs the other top brands.

I ran the 305/40/16 on my TTA and they hook great. I have since bought them for my other cars and I have always been pleased with how they perform.
