In the instructions it walks you through how to navigate the pages.
If you go to the "Config" page on the display there is a selection called Airfl Srce.
In the manual on page 14 there is a table of choices. For a MAF set this value to 10 for MAF input and User table. There is another choice too, 11, that will give you MAF input, User tunes AND the VE table to calculate fueling.
Also, f-out is set to the chip you are using.
