Manifold flow numbers

I read so much about head flow numbers, does anyone know what the intake manifolds flow? Stock? Ported?

I had VPE flow an intake, 194 before on runner #1 with the EGR tower, and 282 ported and leveled and welded EGR shut.

Take those numbers with a grain of salt though as their ported irons supposidly flow 220 at .500 lift.

So it appears the factory intake manifold is not as restrictive as the factory heads. Anyone else have flow data? Flow numbers on CNC intakes?
