Bolts right on. No modifications needed. I have one on my race car.

Thanks Tony, I know they work on 2nd Gen Camaros but didn't realize they would be the same for Regals. Do you still use the Regal Pitman arm?

I used the pitman arm that was on the manual gear box off the S-10.

FWIW the G-body shares most if it's front suspension and brake parts with the 82-05 2WD S-10/S-Blazer and 3rd gen F-Body. Most mods that work on one usually work on the others. Some of the 4WD front brake parts are the same too.
