Manual Steering boxes

I have several questions about these:

What is the weight saving in between manual and stock?
Whos done them?
How hard of a job is it?
I know to use the S-10 box , but are there any other kinds to use?
Maybe with better or less effort?

Im aware of the Flaming River unit $$$$$$$$$$$
