Just seeing if anyone has an idea...

I was driving the car yesterday and everytime I drive over a small pot hole I'm getting a metal slap sound up front.

Sorry I wish I could. When it does it I can feel it in the floor board. The car steers fine meaning its does not feel like a swaybar end link.

Double check that your upper control arm bushings are there especially the ones under the down pipe

I had a front sway bar mount break in half. A downpipe the would bump the control arm and a loose SLIC bracket over the years.

Its probably the control arm bushing closest to the downpipe on passenger side. Heat over the years decay's the rubber. Mine went a few years ago and had to be replaced !

It was the front swaybar insulator bolt that fell out and the swaybar was hitting the Kirban brace.

I've had a bad/broken/loose shock to that. The upper Rubber was gone:confused:
