Might need crank

If i need a new crank where can I get a good one at.
Does any one have directions on how to repalce main bearing with the motor in the car.I have a good idea but makeing a book for my car.

There are directions actually in the Hays manual for our cars. But it's really not that hard. Te only trick is using a bent cotter pin to roll out the upper bearing halves...
