Best Buick meeting in the last 5 years, easily! The turn out was well above what I was expecting. The show, tech, and food went smoothly and went flawlessly. I thought me getting home first its my duty to begin the long list of thank you's which are in order for Mike and everyone who helped bring this met to life. I even saw Mr. Art Carr who I didn't even recognize at first its been so long. Ralph the food hit the spot so perfectly I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you as well goes out to all the Speakers who participated in speaking, I know its hard to get up in front of such an ugly looking audience, but everyone did a great job today. Mad Props!

I'm glad someone started another thread about the show. I didn't want to chime in on page 5 of the original thread where no one would see it. I had a great time and it was great to see such a strong turn out. I haven't seen as many turbo cars in one place in years.

Ralph and his family deserve 2 thumbs up for all their efforts with the food preparation. It was nice to see some old faces including Jeff, Reggie, Reggie Jr,Lee not to mention Kevin and yourself. I ran into James, Beto, Pete and Luis too. There were a lot off new guys too which just goes to show I need to get out more often.

I had a great time and I hope I didn't bore you guys too death when it was my turn to talk. Thanks for putting this together and thanks to J&S for use of their shop. Next time (whenever that is) I promise to drive a Buick so I don't have to park next door.:biggrin:

Your car looked awesome also, I'm really impressed with the results your getting with your combo. Thanks for all the hard work!

3:30AM seams like a good time to post.

Still wound up too much to sleep. Had a blast today, uuuh yesterday. It was cool to see so many of the So Cal Turbo Buick pioniers all in one place again. Heck! even Art Carr stopped by for a while. I'm glad that someone was taking pictures. I had a camera in my pocket most of the day and completely forgot to take any shots. Also, forgot to take the shot from the roof that I wanted to get.

After everyone left, I hung out with John (owner of J and S). He was very pleased with how the day played out. He was also impressed with the quality of cars "and people". John's wife was equally happy that our event forced john to give the shop a well needed cleaning, and wouldn't mind doing it agoin some time. Once the shop got too dirty, of course.

BIG thanks to everyone who supported this event. Honestly, I had no idea that this thing was going to go this big, when I posted to do a "Cool car show". So, I guess that's what we should call it. "The cool car show".

Don't sweat it. You still have some credit left over with me, from helping sort out my powerlogger. However, many others here were very disappointed that you didn't show. In order to make it up to them, you'll need to speed up the process of getting your Turbo Buick out to CA, in order to not cause any further disruption in the So Western section.

I was disappointed that Gary wasn't there & feel that the event was incomplete cause of that. I think he still has hurt feelings about his Cadillac I only hope those that did that to him are happy. Other than that the best show in a long time. Mike you out did yourself.
