When you use the factory coolant tank for alky, what do you do with the cap? Do you put some kind of filter on it to keep dirt out?

I use a sealed cap from an 90's cavalier. It makes it a bit better than the factory, but its one of those..as Steve says.. probably a problem only if you dont use one.

This would become your new puke tank right? Where do you install it?

Certain applications like the TTA dont have that luxury, also if the car has an oil filter relocation kit, then again..this provides another option to mount it somewhere else.

Every car is different.. This is just something I was able to hunt down to assist with tight engine compartments..

Mounting.. pretty much anywhere.. depends on space available.
