Missing vacum lines?

The observations you picked up on my photos of mis-routed lines,ill fitting clips are a BIG help bringing this car back to snuff.Car sat idle save for monthly startings. To make matters worse I had someone turning a wrench & I have to go through this to familiarize with work done.12 yrs is a long time so will be seein lots of Picts

Flush cut pliers are what I use. Don't use them for anything else to keep them nice and sharp. I have a small pair I keep just for tie wraps.
Quick question, what did you do to pressurize the vacuum lines to check for leaks? I have the leak-tec already, would be a good idea I suppose to check my lines.
