I received 2 separate emails requesting F/F PayPal payments from 2 different people/ emails. (Kyle and Boyd). I tried sending $ to Boyd 3 times, and PayPal stopped it everytime as a potential scam.

Folks, looks like I'll have to pass on the MAF/translator.

After receiving emails from 3 people (Boyd, Levi, and Kyle), and having my 3 attempts at sending a F/F PayPal stopped by PayPal as a potential scam....I have no way to proceed.

I requested of the seller (I think it's the seller) to send a PayPal request for goods to my email, and I'll cover the fee and any taxes. The seller refuses, and kept trying for Friend/ family.

After having 3 payments stopped, and receiving requests from 3 emails/ people, if the Op still won't accept a Goods payment by request (and why its warranted)... I'll have to pass. I can't change the OPs stipulations.

As a nearly 22 year member who has been around this board since the 90s....welp.... boy do I miss the old board and crew.

Sorry for the long post, but just wanted to give context.

I just IM him my info, he gave me a PayPal address and I sent it F/F and he IM me a shipping receipt the next day. I received the scanmaster today. This is not rocket science, Kyle's a straight shooter.

I purchased the MAF/translator from Kyle, and received a shipping receipt. Seems like a great guy, and straight shooter, and I look forward to getting it in the mail.

The issue is when Kyle, Boyd, and Levi all say they are the seller. Correct, it is not rocket science. But it also also not the ol' days of this board when everyone knew everyone else, and scammers need not apply.
