Modded PCM or STOCK

Since I think my PCM went out what would you guys suggest me to do get a stock Pcm or a modded one? Sorry for this dumb question but what exact difference will it be performance wise, etc.?

A modded ECM will let you run bigger injector's (low impedance)

modded ecm are really hard to come by also i recently found one a couple months ago for sale on here to run my 72 low imp injectors ....since full throttle/gbody dont do mods to ecm's anymore
