Hello, all. I was hoping to learn about some tuning issues I'm having through the "seach" feature, but every thread I see on the subject, either contains a link for tuning instructions that leads me to an error message (inaccessible webpage?), or is referring to equipment different than mine. So, I'll hope for some luck here. I bought the car a couple months ago, on 17 lbs of boost (and pig rich) and really haven't done much to it, aside from a new set of gauges (including a wideband) and some cosmetic fixes. The setup is: fresh 3.8 liter with forged pistons, arp main and head studs, Racetronics 416 pump, trick flow 120lb injectors, ls1 maf and translator, scanmaster 2.1, tt 5.7 chip, turbonetics 62-65 "60 series" turbo, rjc fmic, 3" downpipe, on e85 and probably forgetting some important details. Just looking for the best way to bump my fuel up for the boost level desired. Is this not a simple process? Everyone talks about being able to adjust air/fuel ratio through the scanmaster or the maf translator, just not "how to". Even the scanmaster manuel that I downloaded seems awful vague on the subject. My chip says "e85/120lb/22*/22*/25+lbs". So, as I understand it, it should be happy at 25lbs of boost. But, at 22lbs, I'm hovering around the 12:1 mark (on gas scale wideband). I'd like to get that down a little below 11 and start adding boost from there. What's the best way to add some fuel? Any help is much appreciated, and I'm sorry for the lengthy post... just trying to get this thing figured out. Thanks, all!
