whooppss. Perhaps I should explain. First picture is primed with glide coat, next is glide coat sanded, next is the lid painted and cleared and left side was cut and buffed. Not shore why the next picture was repeat. Finally both sides of the lid were cut and buffed. What you are seeing is the ceiling reflected by the lid.

That's not all rattle can is it??

Great job either way! Subscribed for more pictures
I have always had dreams of painting my car one day and that day has come. When I tried the rattle can approach I think in the back of my mind I knew the can was not going to satisfy my dreams of this show car paint job I always dreamed of but I had to start some where. The rattle can got me over the hump, the hump being, taking sand paper to my car. Once I started there was no turning back after the can approach. I just new I could learn to paint well enough to do what I have been waiting for. That day has come and I am doing it. I am motivated to get her done so much that it is almost all I think and talk about.

Was going to say, that looks like glass for rattle can haha ;) Just noticed all the other markings on the tarping. Great work

thank you, my struggles to get the first piece out the door has been an emotional one. The reward was when I looked into the paint and I saw my reflection without orange peel.

Looks like your getting the hang of it, keep at it. When it's done you'll be very happy knowing you did it yourself and it only cost you your time and materials... Mike
