moroso tranny cooler

hey guys i need a quick answer on this one, i found a guy selling a new moroso tranny cooler and i looked it up on jegs and it says not for street use. It looks like it would fit nice on the frame rail, so it should get plenty of airflow and cool good, why would they say not for street use on it? Would you guys run it on a street car? heres a link to the cooler.

and then real quick, ive got an aluminium rad thats a stock replacement, so it has the oil and tranny cooler built into it, should i plumb a cooler in, and then still run it through the rad? thanks for any input guys

another thing, i can snag it up for 65 bucks shipped, would that be a good deal, since i have to run the plumbing for it, or is there anything floating around thats a little bit better? thanks guys

It is probably "not for street use" because it is just waht it says, a heat sink. Once it gets saturated over long periods of driving, it can't disipate the heat faster then its produced. For short bursts like 1/4 mile racing, its probably not a problem.

Those don't cool very well. When the car's stopped there's no airflow over Cooler.
A stacked Plate & Fin type cooler mounted in front of Rad. would be much more efficeint.
