a while ago i posted a thread saying that i thought that there was nothing good on TNN/Spike TV anymore. and a couple people said that most extreme elimination challenge was a funny show. so i gave it a try. and man this show is great, it is this game show (i think) from Japan called Takeshi's castle, and whoever got their hands of this film at TNN did a great job dubbing it over. i havent laughed so hard in a while.

there is four of them on right now. 9-10pm, if you have nothing better to do you should watch it. the only thing that sucks about it is how many commercial breaks they have... but funny.... espically a segment they called log drop.

The more friends you have with you while watching the show, the better.

I have actually had to leave the room to catch my breath on numerous occasions. Friends end up laughing so hard they have tears streaming from their faces and go home with stomach cramps.

The dubbing is supposedly all ad-libbed. Sometimes they miss, but when they get a joke, it's time to double over laughing.

I'll never forget the line from the home repair industry vs the porn industry show: "And now here's so-and-so, he mixes flavored lead based paint for daycare centers."

How people don't die during the filming of this show, I have no idea. It looks like there are at least a half dozen concussions per show!

Great entertainment.

Ya that show is a hoot. The stunts they have them do are kind of dangerous. I saw one that they swung across a pond and were supposed to stick to a wall with velcro. One of the spills looked like the woman broke her neck. The comments are side splitting. Even my wife was laughing and she never gets jokes.

THE FUNNIEST SHOW ON TV by far!

The "buck off" - some of the best commentary ever.

And one other EXCELLENT line
"and here's rosemary tada, she has the unusual skill of being able to jump without actually leaving the ground"

I watched it last night, and man, I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! Watching uncoordinated people do these things is just too funny. Looks like some of the stunts/contests are designed to give the contestants concussions!

I think the funniest things I've seen so far was before the stunt even started. An american guy was getting ready to run across the rocks in the pond. He gets up to the starting point, raises his arms trying to act cool, trips and slides down the hill for about 6 feet on his face. He gets back up and makes it across the pond, but he still had to feel like an a$$.

It's TNN (I think) AKA "Spike TV"
I know it's on Saturday nights right before SalmBall (8:00pm here in Illinois)
It's on other times through out the week as well.

channel 33 here.

That was so funny!!!! They kept replaying it over an over.....WHAM!!!!...falls in the mud....WHAM!!!...fall in the mud. I laughed so hard at that one, it was kind of a downer when they showed her crying later. Oh well, it was worth it!!
