Those are very good questions. Not sure on the single or five disc. It is a lock-up. No warrenty.(been sitting on the shelf for a rainy day) The #'s stamped on it are 5348L-E21. I accept checks & money orders only.

Thoses were the wrong Part #'s. Its a single disc lock-up. Hope this helps.

The turbo was being freshend do to excesive shaft play. It will be as good as new.

Not a lot. It seems to have a vary light porting & H.D. Springs. It has Mease ingraved in the end of each head. Valves appear to be stock. (heads came off a 11.20 car)
